Job summary

Homesura is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support employees and partners with managers in a fast-paced environment. You will handle HR operations, employee inquiries, onboarding, leave administration, and compliance to ensure a smooth, positive workplace.

You will collaborate with leaders across the organization to maintain accurate HR data, deliver timely guidance, and foster employee engagement while upholding company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist/HR Operations experience.
• Experience supporting employees and managers across multiple HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of leave administration, onboarding, compliance, attendance, and HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions and HR-related inquiries.
• Support investigations, performance improvement plans, and policy administration with managers.
• Coordinate PTO, FMLA, ADA accommodations, and other leaves; track attendance and compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives; maintain records.
• Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and recruitment documentation as needed.
