Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent combination).
• Experience: 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably federal.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel/Sheets, EDMS, and federal HRIS applications (LERIS, eOPF, FPPS).
• Core Competencies: Knowledge of OPM guidelines and confidential case file management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, consolidate, and review cross-divisional data calls and reporting requirements from DOT/OPM.
• Extract data sets, pull metric reports, and update leadership slides, dashboards, and status reports.
• Maintain master tracking mechanisms for timely data submissions.
• Log intake inquiries and track milestones for sensitive employee relations matters.
• Assemble and format official personnel or litigation case binders for proceedings.
• Process daily data entry and ensure privacy compliance during record retention.
