Meridian Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Generalist for our Storm Lake, IA facility. This full-time role supports recruitment, employee engagement, and policy administration to foster a productive work environment.

The ideal candidate will coach managers on employee relations, ensure compliance with laws, and help manage benefits and performance programs. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years related HR experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations as they pertain to HR.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with administration systems and HRIS; ability to prioritize and stay organized.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and support multiple departments.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and mentor team managers on employee relations, conflict, performance management, and progressive discipline.
• Recruit and select employees; manage recruitment advertising and screening processes.
• Provide guidance on company policies, benefits, and programs; answer questions from employees and managers.
• Administer benefits, training, and performance management programs; conduct orientation.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and generate HR statistics.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture improvement.
