Aufgaben

• Coach and mentor managers on managing employee conflict, mental health issues and accommodation, performance management, and disciplinary conversations.
• Communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations to internal stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve employee relation issues (e.g. complaints and harassment).
• Prepare, update and maintain recruitment advertising; identify recruitment sources locally, nationally and internationally; conduct interviews and recruit for openings.
• Educate current and prospective employees on policies regarding duties, working conditions, wages, benefits and advancement opportunities; administer benefits and performance programs.
• Develop and implement employee programs and policies to improve engagement, productivity and retention; maintain HR data systems.
