Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Construction HR Generalist to join their client's team in California. The ideal candidate will be a pivotal part of the HR department, managing various responsibilities from onboarding to employee relations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who is eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the company culture and their respective roles.
Assist with handling and processing employee insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
Liaise with insurance providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Maintain up-to-date records of all insurance claims and related documentation.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide support in employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Conduct regular audits of records and report trends to the Director.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
Stay current and updated with all labor laws applicable to the company.
