BOS Innovations Inc. is hiring an on-site Human Resources Generalist in Lexington, KY to support daily HR operations, compliance, onboarding, and employee relations across BOS LLC locations.

You will work with Canadian HR and the Director of HR to ensure consistent practices, while guiding managers and handling payroll, benefits, and HRIS tasks. This role emphasizes safety, engagement, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing, automation, engineering, or technical environment.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment practices and federal/state requirements; Kentucky experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Health & Safety programs; OSHA familiarity required.

Responsabilités

• Support HR compliance and policy administration for BOS LLC.
• Oversee Health & Safety programs and OSHA-aligned practices.
• Provide guidance to managers on day-to-day people matters and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, payroll setup, benefits enrollment, HRIS updates, and employee documentation.
• Support recruitment activities on-site and partner with cross-location teams.
