Job summary

StaffCo of Brooklyn seeks a Sr HR Generalist to support compensation management and performance processes across multiple sites, with a focus on equitable pay and effective appraisal programs. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with HR tech, and experience in healthcare or multi-site environments.

Occasional travel between NY locations may be needed; union relations experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience with focus on compensation and labor relations.
• Healthcare or multi-entity environment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NYS Pay Transparency Law and related regs.
• Proficiency with Excel for data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Structures and maintains the compensation program across entities.
• Conducts market research and ensures internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Develops and maintains compensation posting ranges; partners with leaders.
• Manages Comp Analyst platform data integrity and benchmarking workflows.
• Reviews and aligns pay ranges; prepares analyses for budget cycles.
