Job summary

Voss Manufacturing seeks a Human Resources Generalist to lead the HR function for our growing manufacturing company. This is a newly established role to create structure, improve processes, and help modernize the organization while preserving our family-owned culture and values.

The HR Generalist will support recruiting, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, performance management, and training, developing SOPs and a strong HR foundation for future growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's HR function and drive process improvements.
• Review and update HR processes; develop SOPs and compliant records.
• Manage recruiting, onboarding, employee development, and coaching.
• Oversee employee relations, compliance, benefits, and payroll support.
• Coach managers, promote accountability, and align HR with growth goals.
