Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, and performance management tools.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
