Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in human resources management, industrial psychology or business administration.
• Three to five years in HR generalist roles; or three years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Professional HR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orientation and onboarding; promote open door policy and positive employee relations.
• Plan and coordinate recruitment of non-exempt applicants and support interview processes.
• Maintain HR records, prepare reports, monitor budget, ensure compliance, and manage leaves.
