Veritas Partners is assisting a bank in the Richmond, VA area in its search for a Human Resources Generalist. The role supports all HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and operations.

The successful candidate will manage full cycle recruiting, create and revise job descriptions, and serve as the primary HR contact while addressing employee relations, coaching managers, conducting fact-finding meetings, and facilitating corrective actions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Five years of human resources experience.
• Experience as a human resource specialist or generalist.
• Banking or financial services experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage full cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing
• Create new and revise existing job descriptions
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact
• Manage employee relations issues, including coaching managers, conducting fact-finding meetings, mediating conflicts, and supporting corrective actions
• Analyze HR data to identify turnover patterns, staffing trends, and organizational health indicators, providing insights to drive decision-making
• Support the annual performance review process
