BBSI is seeking an HR Generalist Admin to support branch operations by delivering comprehensive HR and administrative services to branch team members and clients. The role focuses on onboarding, payroll liaison duties, and enhancing client management of human capital.
The position requires 3–5 years of relevant office experience, with HR or payroll exposure considered a plus. A high school diploma is required, with an AA or BA preferred, and a valid driver's license is necessary.
POSITION SUMMARY: The BBSI HR Generalist Admin is responsible for successfully assisting branch operations by providing a full range of support to branch team members to maximize client management of human capital.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: This position reports to the Area Manager and works in partnership with other positions within the business unit and branch.
The starting hourly range for this position is $26-30/hr. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.

40 hours of paid sick leave annually (additional sick/front loading/accrual, if any, based on state or regional requirements); vacation accrues up to 80 hours in the first year, up to 120 hours in years 2-4, and up to 160 hours in the fifth year; 6 paid holidays annually, 4 paid volunteer days annually.
