TenCate Protective Fabrics seeks a high-energy HR Generalist to support payroll actions, benefits administration, recruiting and onboarding, HRIS, and policy implementation. This role partners with the Director of HR and reports to the VP of HR for growth initiatives.
The position requires at least 2 years in HR, strong HRIS knowledge, and excellent communication. Local travel to GA worksites is expected; office-based role with typical Mon-Fri hours.
The Human Resources (HR) team is seeking a high-energy, growth mindset HR Generalist who enjoys working with a diverse workforce. You will be responsible for supporting and/or performing a variety of day-to-day duties in the following functional areas: payroll actions, benefits administration, recruiting and onboarding, HRIS, project management, policy implementation, affirmative action, employee relations, talent development, training, and employment law compliance. The HR Generalist will partner with the Director of HR to support our business growth needs, in conjunction with the VP of HR, who reviews and recommends operational actions and strategic HR initiatives.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, sit, walk, stand, and hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, employee may be required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, kneel and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Local travel to various worksites is required.
