Job summary

Ethnix Group, based in Smyrna, TN, is seeking an experienced HR professional to support multiple locations across the U.S. The role covers daily HR operations, recruiting, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and workforce development while partnering closely with site leadership.

The candidate will manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, HRIS records, and KPI reporting, with a focus on improving HR processes and employee engagement; travel of 10–15% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of general HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and HR compliance.
• Experience with HRIS and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee orientation.
• Support employee relations, performance management, benefits, workers’ compensation, and leaves of absence.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, county, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS information, and I-9 documentation.
• Monitor attendance and support performance and disciplinary processes.
• Prepare weekly HR KPI reports, including headcount, new hires, turnover, workers’ compensation, benefits, and payroll-related items.
• Partner with site leadership to improve HR processes, employee engagement, and workforce performance.
• Travel approximately 10–15% between company locations and operational sites.
