Roxbury Hospital is currently recruiting a full-time Human Resources Generalist to work onsite at our Shippensburg, PA facility location.
The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for the administrative coordination of all employee-related information and processes. This position is primarily responsible for compliance with all governmental and legal requirements according to the personnel function. In addition, the Human Resources Generalist will assist the Director of Human Resources with staff recruitment and orientation, Loss Control, HRIS management, personnel file administration, tracking and monitoring of staff information, staff development, and employee relations.

Roxbury is a 112-bed behavioral healthcare facility located in Shippensburg, PA. Our 52-bed acute adult and adolescent psychiatric units treat individuals with mental illnesses who need short-term hospitalization. In our 60-bed chemical dependency unit, detoxification is conducted under close medical supervision for adults dealing with substance abuse issues.

Educational Requirements and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Human Resources is preferred. A high school diploma is required, with previous HR experience.
