Remote Role This is a 30 hour position open to candidates within 90 miles of Lexington, KY. While primarily remote, it will require some in-person meetings during the initial 90-day training period. Upon successful completion of training, the role will transition to fully remote.

About the Role As an HR Generalist, you will be a key partner in supporting VROMP’s growth and workplace culture by:

Ensuring multi-state compliance, staying current on employment laws, and providing team training.

Managing payroll and benefits administration across multiple locations.

Driving Employer of Choice initiatives to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Supporting recruitment efforts to attract top talent and sustain growth.

Enhancing employee relations and fostering a positive work environment.

Optimizing HR technology for improved efficiency and data management.
