Absher Construction is looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team in Puyallup! This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys the technical side of HR while still wanting to be a trusted resource for employees and leaders. You’ll have hands-on responsibility across benefits, leave administration, HRIS management, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and investigations while helping us continue to improve how HR operates. We’re also in the middle of implementing ADP Workforce Now, so this person will play an important role in maintaining accurate employee information during the transition and helping us make better use of technology and more efficient HR processes going forward.
The HR Generalist reports to the Director of Human Resources and serves as a key resource for employees navigating benefits, leave, and other HR matters.
