  • Support administration of 401(k) and ESOP plans, including employee changes, distributions, audit documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Administer protected leaves and workplace accommodations, including determining eligibility, maintaining documentation, monitoring leave usage, and communicating with employees and managers
  • Provide guidance to managers regarding performance management, documentation, progressive discipline, and performance improvement plans
  • Conduct employee relations investigations involving complaints, policy violations, harassment, discrimination, and other workplace concerns
  • Maintain compliance with I-9, E-Verify, employment laws, and company policies
  • Partner with Payroll to ensure employee transactions are processed accurately and on time
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, recognition programs, and communication efforts
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve workflows through technology
  • Assist with HR projects and other department needs as they arise

  • Strong HRIS experience; ADP Workforce Now experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with employees and leaders at all levels
  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive matters
