Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of related experience in FP&A or finance roles.
• Professional certifications (CFA, CMA) are encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial analytics to support projections versus prior years and forecasts.
• Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports with variance analysis.
• Lead and coach FP&A analysts and finance team members.
• Collaborate with business partners to improve policies and drive results.
• Evaluate planning processes, data quality, and financial systems for efficiency.
