Job summary

Mountain States Property Management is seeking an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle with a focus on recruitment. The role handles sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers, ensuring consistent, compliant hiring practices for internal and external candidates.

On-site at our Logan, UT location. You will partner with managers, manage offers, assist with onboarding and benefits, and help build training documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, recruiting, or similar role.
  • PHR/SHRM-CP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS/ATS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Write and maintain accurate, up-to-date job descriptions for open positions.
  • Post open roles and manage requisitions through the ATS.
  • Source and screen candidates through the ATS and other channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and staffing needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Guide candidates through the interview process and communicate updates promptly.
  • Extend offers and manage the offer process with hiring managers.
  • Assist with benefits administration and onboarding when needed.
  • Help build structured training systems and documentation.

This position leads the recruiting process from job description through offer, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers, while developing and maintaining consistent, compliant hiring processes for internal and external candidates.
