Kens Foods Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support employee relations, recruitment, training, and policy administration at our Las Vegas facility.
You will work with multiple departments to counsel staff, assist in interviewing, maintain compliance, and contribute to safety initiatives while ensuring a productive and compliant workplace environment. A PHR is preferred and a Bachelor's in HR or related field is required.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related business field; a minimum of 1-3 years’ related experience and/or training in a related field.
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced writing and reading skills. Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work. Communication Proficiency
Problem Solving/Analysis. Advanced arithmetic skills.
