Kens Foods Inc. is seeking an HR Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, maintain employee data across HRIS/HRMS, and support payroll and benefits coordination.
The role demands confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy in a fast-paced environment in Las Vegas, NV.

Associate's degree or two to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Extreme attention to detail, a sense of urgency for accuracy, and the ability to take initiative to improve existing processes.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and listen.
