Job summary

Alternate Solutions Health Network in Kettering, OH is seeking an HR Generalist I to provide foundational support to the People & Culture team. You will assist with onboarding, file maintenance, and basic teammate support, learning core HR processes and supporting the full employee lifecycle.

This role emphasizes accuracy, discretion with confidential information, and collaboration with team members. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:15am–5:00pm EST; compensation is $50,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support new hire onboarding, including document collection and system entry.
• Maintain accurate teammate records and assist with audit preparation.
• Respond to routine teammate inquiries or direct to appropriate contact.
• Assist with HR reports, compliance tasks, and policy administration.
• Support coordination of engagement activities, trainings, or meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
