Qualifications

Responsibilities

This position plays a critical role in ensuring FMH attracts, develops, and retains a high-performing workforce while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulatory and accreditation requirements. The HR Generalist manages full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, new hire orientation, employee training, learning management system administration, credentialing compliance, competency tracking, and performance management support.
