Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of Human Resources experience, including talent acquisition and onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full cycle recruitment from posting to offer acceptance.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and required documentation.
  • Administer LMS, assign training, track compliance and competencies.
  • Manage credentialing processes and licensure verifications.

NATURE OF WORKFairfield Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources professional to serve as our HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Training & Credentialing. This position plays a critical role in ensuring FMH attracts, develops, and retains a high-performing workforce while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulatory and accreditation requirements. The HR Generalist manages full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, new hire orientation, employee training, learning management system administration, credentialing compliance, competency tracking, and performance management support.
