Position Overview Reporting to the HR Director, we are seeking a motivated and collaborative HR Generalist to support our Evansville Cement Plant and specialty cement operations in Hamburg, PA and Sparta, NJ. This onsite position is based in Fleetwood, Pennsylvania and serves as a key business partner to plant leadership and employees, helping drive talent, employee engagement, workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness across multiple operations.
Full-time onsite position based in Fleetwood, Pennsylvania.
Combination of office and plant environments, with frequent interaction with hourly and salaried employees.
Fast-paced industrial setting requiring flexibility, sound judgment, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Must be able to comply with all site safety requirements and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when visiting operational areas.
