Job summary

JK Concepts is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support both shop floor and office staff in a hands-on manufacturing environment. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, coordinate onboarding and safety training, and advise managers on policies and performance issues.

The role emphasizes updating HR policies, maintaining HRIS records, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws while promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with JK Concepts’ values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and equal employment opportunity guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Paycor is a plus, but not required.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Demonstrated success filling high-volume, hard-to-fill, and critical positions across multiple departments and skill levels.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other talent acquisition channels.
• Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and retention goals.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Position Summary
