Job summary

JK Concepts is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead production operations in a fast‑paced millwork manufacturing environment in Denver, CO. The role focuses on building high‑performing teams, optimizing workflows, and driving safety and quality across all plant functions.

You will own budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve margins, while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in commercial millwork, casework, cabinetry, or wood product manufacturing.
• Proven success managing plant operations in a production‑driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and retain high‑performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and production flow in a millwork setting.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving operational performance.

Position Summary

JK Concepts is seeking an experienced Plant Manager with a strong background in commercial millwork or wood product manufacturing to lead our production operations and drive performance to the next level.
