Our client in the logistics and distribution space is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team. As an HR Generalist, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the local branch and leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring strong confidentiality, clear communication, and a steady, detail-focused approach to HR operations—helping keep people processes running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $40
Shift: Monday through Friday 8a-5p
What's the Job?
- Communicate branch-level personnel changes through employee memos, including promotions, restructuring, and employee exits.
- Maintain employee personnel and medical files for the branch, including SharePoint entry and organized recordkeeping.
- Support onboarding and offboarding by conducting new hire orientations and exit interviews, then share critical information and trends with the HR Manager and General Manager(s).
- Partner with the corporate recruiting team to coordinate new hire paperwork and new hire orientations, and support local outreach efforts such as job fairs and onsite interviews.
- Serve as a local HRIS and compliance resource—supporting ADP Time and Attendance approvals, assisting with ADP Workforce Now training, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and employment laws.
What's Needed?
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- PHR or HR Certificate Program preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and ATS database required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while retaining confidential information and prioritizing multiple projects with strong judgment.
