Job summary

RCMSYNCAS002 is seeking an HR Generalist to support payroll processing, onboarding, and benefits administration in Denver. The role involves handling calls and emails, processing paperwork, and maintaining employee records across HR functions.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of HR Generalist experience and an Associate Degree, with testing of MS Office skills expected. Preferred candidates may have a Bachelor in HR or payroll experience.

Qualifications

  • 1 year experience in HR as a Generalist/Assistant.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)–Testing will be required.
  • Associates Degree is required; preferred Bachelor Degree in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and reply to customer service emails.
  • Process payroll for 100+ employees.
  • Send start paperwork, benefits information, 401K and employment offer letter to employees.
  • Verify we have received the start paperwork within 2 business days.
  • Input employee into payroll system.
  • Set up and enroll employee into the benefits system.
  • Follow up on timecards.
  • Audit burdens, I-9s, and start paperwork. Maintain personnel files, auditing expiration dates, requesting new documentation, and updating demographics information.
