Quanex Building Products Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Cambridge, OH to support HR initiatives across our multi-site operations. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and policy compliance while traveling up to 20% to support multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment process and conduct onboarding training for new hires (in-person and online using Teams).
• Assist with employee training, develop initiatives including research, organizing and conducting training programs of various topics.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of multiple federal, state and local regulations.
• Travel up to 20%.
• Possess initiative to improve processes and have a customer service-orientated mindset.
• Back-up HR Coordinator as needed.

Quanex is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Cambridge, OH. In this role you will provide proactive Human Resource Support and play a key role in supporting HR initiatives for multiple locations. You will serve as point of contact and provide day to day guidance related to employee relations, coaching and development, and onboarding new hires.

The salary range for this position is $56,000 to $70,000 plus the potential to earn an annual bonus. The salary range will vary based on experience.
