Harbor Elite Partners, a financial services firm, seeks a HR Generalist for our Buffalo, NY team. This full-time role offers a negotiable salary and is open until November 23, 2026.

As HR Generalist, you'll manage employee relations, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and assist with recruitment and retention strategies. You'll also handle HR administration tasks and support our team's growth.

You'll collaborate closely with our dedicated HR team in Buffalo, NY, fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment. You'll need a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, 2-3 years of HR experience, and strong communication skills. Experience with HR software and a passion for financial services is a plus.
