Job summary

Equine Network LLC is seeking an HR Generalist who will be a key point of contact for employees across our business units, supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and compliance in a hands-on, multi-hat role. The position emphasizes thoroughness and personable interaction in a hybrid Albuquerque environment.

You will work with the HR Manager, using Isolved HCM daily to manage records, payroll, and benefits, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of experience as HR generalist, coordinator, or related support role
• Hands-on Isolved HCM experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of HR practices and applicable federal and state employment laws
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High discretion and judgment with confidential information
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Hybrid work environment between Albuquerque office and remote work

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting, including posting roles, screening candidates, scheduling interviews
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth start for every new employee
• Manage day-to-day HR processes in Isolved HCM, including employee records, benefits enrollment, and payroll support
• Assist with payroll processing, including timekeeping review, data entry, and resolving pay discrepancies
• Support administration of compensation and benefits programs
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations questions, documenting and escalating issues as appropriate
• Maintain accurate, confidential HR documentation and personnel files
• Help ensure HR practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws
• Support HR-related projects and initiatives across EN's business units

What We\'re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Isolved HCM strongly preferred - you\'ll be using it daily for HR, benefits, and payroll functions
• Working knowledge of HR practices and applicable federal and state employment laws
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
• High degree of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, splitting time between our Albuquerque office and remote work
