Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, or front-desk role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign the case to the appropriate assignment group/vendor based on the issue.
• Answer routine, general questions using reference materials.
• Sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail.
• Assist with clerical or administrative tasks as assigned by the team.
• Assist with case-related tasks such as verification of employment requests.
