Job summary

Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert for our Framingham store. The role centers on scheduling, pay practices, recruiting support, and people processes to support a guest-centric shopping experience.

You will partner with store leaders to plan staffing, resolve workforce issues, train team members, and ensure compliance with company policies. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role within Target's Human Resources team.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.

• Lead recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates.
• Support team member and leader training needs and be an advocate for continuous learning.
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
