Job summary

Target is hiring for a Human Resources Expert to support guest- and team-centric operations in a fast-paced store environment. You will help recruit, train, schedule, and resolve HR-related questions, ensuring compliance and a positive guest experience across shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting with talent needs, managing simple payroll interactions, and supporting leaders to sustain a friendly, inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash register operations and guest transactions as needed.
