Target is hiring a Human Resources Expert to support store teams with recruiting, scheduling, and people-operations. You will partner with HR leaders to address talent needs and ensure guest-centric service across the store.

In this role, you’ll manage recruiting efforts, support training, and apply knowledge of pay practices and scheduling systems while upholding compliance and safety standards. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest-focused HR support and solving problems
• Ability to recruit, interview and hire in a fast-paced retail setting
• Familiarity with scheduling systems and pay practices

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates
• Support team member and leader training needs and be an advocate for continuous learning
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices
• Deliver on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement
• Support your leader in following company compliance policies that mitigate risk to the team member experience
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
