• Greet guests (10ft and 4ft) with a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while staying positive and respectful.
• Address talent and staffing needs with HR leaders for areas of the business.
• Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders hire candidates.
• Support training needs and advocate for continuous learning.
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
• Be approachable and listen to team members; collaborate with leaders to act.
• Deliver HR processes to maximize engagement and minimize disruption.
• Follow company compliance policies and uphold safety standards.
