Responsabilités

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests at 10 ft, 4 ft and closing each guest interaction with a thank you.
• Support store leaders in talent and staffing needs and recruit candidates for open roles.
• Train team members and leaders, and advocate for continuous learning and compliance.
