Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert to support in-store operations and personnel strategies. The role focuses on recruiting, scheduling, and delivering HR processes that boost guest experience and team engagement.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required in a fast-paced, guest-centric retail environment. You will collaborate with store leadership to optimize talent and ensure compliance, safety, and continuous learning for team members.

Qualifications
