Job summary

Target is hiring a Human Resources Expert to support store teams with HR processes, recruiting and training. You will welcome guests and coworkers, manage scheduling insights, and ensure compliance and safety. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, is expected.

You will help address staffing needs, support pay practices, and act as a resource for HR systems while maintaining a positive, team-oriented environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience with welcoming interactions.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft levels and assist with inquiries or issues.
• Support scheduling, pay practices and HR processes to minimize disruption.
• Lead recruiting efforts and assist training needs for store teams.
• Follow safety, compliance policies and report hazards as needed.
