Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years HR service delivery, generalist support, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of HR policies, programs, processes, and employment practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for employees and leaders through routine to moderately complex HR needs.
• Provide guidance on HR programs, processes, and resources using established tools.
• Own the HR experience from initial need to resolution with clear communication.
• Identify service gaps and support continuous improvement of HR workflows and resources.
