Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR service delivery, employee relations, or HR operations experience.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and employment practices.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve routine to moderately complex HR questions using established resources.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted HR relationships with employees and leaders up to Director level.
• Provide practical HR guidance on programs, policies, and resources.
• Coach leaders on routine Employee Relations and Performance issues; guide on compensation and benefits questions.
• Own the employee experience from need to resolution with clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Identify service gaps and contribute to process improvements within HR service delivery.
