Job summary

TalentoHC seeks an accomplished executive search professional with deep Human Resources leadership expertise to build trusted relationships with CHROs, CEOs, and senior HR leaders. You will drive a true 360 search lifecycle, from business development to hands-on retained search execution for Director through CHRO-level roles.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in executive search, recruiting, staffing, talent solutions, or related services.
• Proven track record of developing and converting new business opportunities and delivering against Gross Profit expectations.
• Deep specialization in Human Resources executive search, with experience recruiting Director through CHRO-level talent.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development by building trusted relationships with CHROs, CEOs, and senior HR leaders to win high-value engagements.
• Lead end-to-end retained HR executive searches from intake through placement and calibration into a shortlist for client approval.
• Own gross profit performance with direct accountability for profitable search engagements and responsible pricing, delivery quality, and client outcomes.
