Job description

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage our HR operations and support our growing remote team. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and supporting a collaborative work culture.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, and coordination

Onboard new hires and manage documentation

Maintain employee records and attendance

Coordinate performance reviews and feedback sessions

Address employee queries and ensure team satisfaction

Plan virtual team-building events and engagement activities

Support payroll processing and compliance tasks

Collaborate with leadership to build a positive work environment

Requirements

1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT/software industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Knowledge of recruitment platforms and HR tools

Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
