Responsibilities

• Event Coordination: Assist with planning and executing employee events, celebrations, recognition programs, and engagement activities throughout the year.
• Event Logistics: Coordinate schedules, locations, supplies, decorations, signage, equipment, and food/beverage needs.
• Setup & Execution: Participate in event setup, operation, and breakdown to ensure smooth delivery.
• Internal Coordination: Work with HR Leaders, department reps, vendors, and resources to prepare for events.
• Team Member Engagement: Create fun, engaging experiences that boost participation and culture.
• Event Communications: Create and distribute flyers, signage, invites, and announcements for events.
• Event Support: Assist with check-in, prize distribution, games, and food service coordination.
• Event Documentation: Capture photos/videos for internal recaps and communications.
• Organization & Inventory: Maintain calendars, planning docs, decorations, prizes, and materials.
