Job summary

Flagship Nonprofit Hospital in the Southern U.S. is seeking a Manager, Human Resources/Employee Relations to provide strategic and operational HR leadership in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will serve as trusted advisor to leaders and staff, oversee complex employee relations matters, investigations, and performance concerns, ensuring fair and effective resolutions. You will ensure compliance with employment laws, Joint Commission standards, and regulatory requirements, advise on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in human resources, with significant experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Strong investigations, employment law, and HR compliance experience.
• Extensive experience conducting complex employee investigations, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace misconduct, and policy violations.
• Demonstrated experience responding to or managing EEOC complaints.
• Experience partnering directly with employment counsel on complex employee relations matters.
