Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and develop innovative policies, staying updated on industry trends and legislative changes.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align policies with organisational goals.
  3. Manage the organisation's suite of employment policies, ensuring they are current and effectively communicated across the HR community.
  4. Support various HR initiatives and projects, deputising for the Director as needed.
