We're partnering with a growing international medical device company to hire a People Director, US to lead the People function across its largest and fastest-growing employee population.

Reporting to the Global Head of People, this role will serve as the senior HR leader for the U.S. business, partnering closely with leadership to drive employee relations, organizational effectiveness, performance management, compliance, compensation & benefits, and overall People strategy.

We're seeking an experienced HR leader with 10 years expertise in U.S. federal and multi-state employment law, employee relations, exp supporting field based teams, PEO exp, and business partnering. Ideal candidates will have experience in healthcare, startup or fast scaling organization, Bachelors and hold a SHRM certification.
