Job summary

Baptist is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to direct and manage all HR operations and drive strategic imperatives in alignment with corporate HR. The role partners with senior leadership to strengthen leadership, boost engagement, and foster a culture grounded in Baptist's mission and values across the Memphis/Hospital system.

Qualifications

7 years HR experience with 3 years in a leadership role
Experience in a large acute care hospital environment
Strong working knowledge of HR issues, trends and legal compliance

Responsibilities

Advise CEO and leadership on HR strategy, employee relations, and workforce planning.
Lead HR department with budget oversight and service excellence.
Drive change through best practices in HR program delivery.
Develop talent through learning programs and leadership development.
Partner with Corporate HR on compensation and policy alignment.
